Welcome to my website

With over 25 years of clinical experience as a registered dietitian and nutrition consultant, I offer a personalised and practical approach to help you reach your health and wellbeing goals, and feel better from the inside out. Whether you’re navigating digestive disorders like IBS, IBD, pancreatitis, liver conditions, or managing diabetes and heart health, I bring clarity and confidence through evidence-based strategies tailored to you. I have supported thousands of clients across both the NHS and private practice, specialising in gut health, hormonal transitions, and intuitive eating.

I am especially passionate about supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, helping them understand metabolic shifts, balance hormones, and break free from the exhausting cycle of yo-yo dieting. I aim to empower you with the knowledge, skills, and a realistic plan to manage your symptoms, optimise your gut and hormonal health, and reconnect with your body—so you can get back to living life fully and freely.
