It was refreshing to meet with Victoria who has worked with me and helped me change my attitude with regards to food. Highly recommend Victoria!

After suffering gastric problems and being in constant pain for months, my GP prescribed acid reflux medication and I was put on a waiting list for a Gastroscopy. I eventually paid for my symptoms to be investigated privately, which involved an ultrasound and gastroscopy which all came back clear. I finally got in touch with Victoria and after an hour zoom call and following her advice, within 2 weeks I felt the best I had for the previous 12 months.

After starting the low fodmap diet after instruction from my doctor I initially found a therapist to guide me through it. This didn’t really help, cost me a lot of money, and I continued to struggle with the diet. I found Victoria online and she has been there to help me throughout this diet and, even after the paid consultations, has responded to emails and even called me when I needed extra advice. I’m on the reintroduction phase now and a lot better than I was when I first came to Victoria. I can’t recommend her enough.

I was having a lot of problems with my gut. I had got to a very dark place with everything. Victoria put me on the right track and now I feel great and can do a lot more things without the worry of finding a toilet. My life is now free so I am doing so much more with my time.

I contacted Victoria in an effort to understand how and what way of eating would help with my PCOS diagnosis. She was incredibly understanding and willing to answer even the smallest of questions. I really felt that she was interested in helping me find the best way of eating for my condition and life style as a mum of 2 young boys. The follow up information Victoria sent was extremely detailed and personal to my situation which I am very grateful for. I highly recommend Victoria and will definitely be consulting with her in the future.

Victoria has given advice to our 12 year old and our family, to help us manage her type1 diabetes, alongside a more recent diagnosis of coeliacs. Neither condition is easy to manage, never mind having a dual diagnosis at a young age. With such a focus on food currently at home, who better to talk to than Victoria. Her professional approach and the wealth of experience she has to draw on were very reassuring to us as a family, just at the time we needed to hear it. Victoria pitched her advice at our daughter’s level and we know that we’ll return for further dietary advice as we need in the future.

I went to Victoria to get advise about my diet for weight training. I found the information that she gave me extremely helpful. I was impressed with her thorough knowledge of supplements but most of all her focus on pre as well as post workout nutrition. I would highly recommend Victoria to anyone.
