After suffering gastric problems and being in constant pain for months, my GP prescribed acid reflux medication and I was put on a waiting list for a Gastroscopy. I eventually paid for my symptoms to be investigated privately, which involved an ultrasound and gastroscopy which all came back clear. I finally got in touch with Victoria and after an hour zoom call and following her advice, within 2 weeks I felt the best I had for the previous 12 months.

I was having a lot of problems with my gut. I had got to a very dark place with everything. Victoria put me on the right track and now I feel great and can do a lot more things without the worry of finding a toilet. My life is now free so I am doing so much more with my time.

After starting the low fodmap diet after instruction from my doctor I initially found a therapist to guide me through it. This didn't really help, cost me a lot of money, and I continued to struggle with the diet.
